We explore consumer motivation, internal and external conflict, and the anxieties, especially when acquiring this product or service. Stead of using the industry-standard approach of making them terrified of the unexpected; we make them have fun, encourage them to be proactive instead of reactive, and be the home heroes. Changing their perception of the word warranties and introducing innovative and flexible concepts with the word plan. "Life is better with a plan." All this to make them imagine a better scenario for their lives. Helping to position Fixd as the facilitator for this. All these make part of the idea range that is integrated with compelling visuals and stories—helping us take this startup company to the next level and help them grow and expand over 20 states in the US.
